The allotment of shares will be decided by July 21 and its listing on the BSE SME platform will be on July 23. The price band of this issue has been fixed at Rs 271 to Rs 286 per share. A total of 57.91 lakh shares will be issued, out of which 47.91 lakh shares will be issued as a fresh issue and 10 lakh shares as Offer for Sale (OFS). The management of the IPO is with Marwari Chandrana Intermediaries Brokers.

 

Out of the Rs 137.03 crore raised from the IPO, the company will use Rs 100.6 crore for working capital and Rs 11.45 crore to repay the loan. As of March 2025, the company had a debt of Rs 174 crore.

 

Company information

The promoters of Monica Alcobev are Bhimji Patel and Kunal Patel, who hold 79.96% stake in the company. The remaining 20.04% shares are held by public investors, including 2.13% stake of Minerva Ventures Fund and a 1.07% stake of Karthik Sundar Iyer.

 

The company exclusively sells more than 70 international liquor brands for India and the Indian subcontinent. These include names like Jose Cuervo-Tequila, Bushmills-Irish Whiskey, Remy Martin-Cognac, Cointreau-Liquor, Choya and Belenkaya Vodka. Monica Alcobev claims that it has a 19% share in the import of tequila and 7.5% in the import of liquor in India.
